Return policy

Catalog items can be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Exchange policy

Exchanges are evaluated case by case. Contact Coaxis with your order details and the exchange request.

Damaged product

If your product arrives damaged, contact Coaxis within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the product and review packaging if needed.

Custom products

Custom-designed and personalized products do not qualify for standard returns, since each piece is produced specifically for the request. Quality issues are addressed in the same timeframe as catalog items.

Tolerance and finish notes

3D printed parts may show subtle layer textures and minor surface variations. These are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.

Send a message to contact@coaxis.example.com or via WhatsApp with your order reference, photos and a short description of the issue. Coaxis responds within one business day.
